Customers feel more comfortable in answering your campaign calls if they can see which number is calling and which number can be used to call your organisation. If you use CallGuide Dialer to call the customers you can have different numbers displayed; one per campaign.
The numbers possible to display for your dialer campaigns are set in the A-numbers... window, found in CallGuide Admin, under the Media | Outbound telephony menu.
In the A-numbers... window, start by choosing Organisation area.
In the two available columns you see a telephone number next to a text describing e.g. where and why the specific telephone number is used. Select a row with a number and amend its description.
Your access role must include the Own campaign access function.
To set and see which A-number is displayed for a specific dialer campaign:
Go to Media | Outbound telephony | Campaigns...
Select the dialer campaign from the list of campaigns
To set, change and delete the telephone numbers in the A-numbers... window, you need elevated user privileges, i.e. a specific access right given via a one-time ticket. This is always done by Telia Company personnel.
When entering new numbers they must be unique to the chosen Organisation area.
+46705123456 and +46705 -12 34 56 are considered the same, i.e. only one of them can be used.
However, the system can not see the similarity in international prefixes such as + and 00 so it is possible, but not recommended, to enter +46 705 -12 34 56 and 0046 705 -12 34 56.
A number used by an active campaign can neither be changed nor deleted.
Which numbers you can display, and which the customers can use to call your company, depends on surrounding technical factors. For details, see Release Notes CallGuide Dialer, Operation Manual CallGuide Dialer and the specifications for your telephony solution.
